anangbos Jurisdiction Notice

We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited by local law. Users are responsible for verifying that access and use of anangbos comply with the laws of their own jurisdiction. Our platform operates only where applicable permits and regulations allow account-based gaming and sports entertainment.

This notice sets out the legal framework under which we at anangbos operate, the eligibility criteria for account holders, and your obligations as a user. It also clarifies what happens if you access anangbos from a restricted territory, and how we handle disputes or compliance queries.

Service Availability and User Eligibility

anangbos services are available only in territories where the operation of online gaming and sportsbook platforms is permitted under local legislation. We do not knowingly accept users from jurisdictions that prohibit such services. If you are unsure whether anangbos is available in your location, do not create an account. Users who open accounts from prohibited jurisdictions do so at their own legal and financial risk.

To open an anangbos account, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (typically 18 or older, but local law applies). You must provide truthful identification during KYC verification and declare that you are not a resident of a restricted territory. If we discover that your account was opened in violation of these terms, we may suspend or close your account and forfeit any balance.

Verification: anangbos requires government-issued ID and facial verification during account setup. We cross-check your declared location against your ID issuer and IP address. Misrepresentation of your location may result in account closure and data retention for compliance review.

Territorial Restrictions and Account Suspension

If you access anangbos from a prohibited jurisdiction, your account may be flagged automatically by our geolocation and compliance systems. We monitor login IP addresses, device location data, and payment method origin. If anangbos detects access from a restricted territory, we may temporarily lock your account pending verification. During this period, you cannot deposit, withdraw, or place new selections.

Should your account be suspended or closed due to territorial violation, any balance held at the time of closure will be reviewed. We may withhold funds pending investigation into the violation. Refunds are issued only after compliance clearance, which may take several weeks. We do not refund funds if the account was knowingly opened in breach of local law.

Payment Method and Local Law

anangbos accepts deposits via Indonesia-based payment rails: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfers through mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. These payment partners operate under Indonesian financial regulation. If your payment method is issued or domiciled outside permitted jurisdictions, we may reject your deposit. We also reserve the right to decline transactions from certain regions or payment providers based on our risk assessment.

Your jurisdiction compliance is your responsibility

We at anangbos do not provide legal advice. Before opening an account, consult your local laws or a legal professional to confirm anangbos is available in your territory and complies with your regional gaming regulations.

Data Handling and Regulatory Cooperation

anangbos retains all user data—including account records, transaction history, KYC documents, and device fingerprints—for a minimum of five years. We may retain data longer if required by Indonesian law or if an investigation is ongoing. We cooperate with Indonesian financial authorities, gaming regulators, and law-enforcement agencies in legitimate inquiries. If we receive a lawful request for your data, we will comply. We do not notify users of government requests unless legally permitted to do so.

If your account is closed due to jurisdictional violation, we retain your data indefinitely for compliance and fraud-prevention purposes. This data is not deleted even after the statutory retention period has passed.

Dispute Resolution and Contact

Disputes arising from territorial restrictions, account closures, or jurisdictional compliance are handled through anangbos support. You may contact us via in-app chat (available 08:00–22:00 Jakarta time, Monday–Sunday) or through the Help menu in your anangbos account. We aim to respond to jurisdictional inquiries within 5 business days.

If you believe anangbos has incorrectly restricted your account based on your location, provide your account email, country of residence, and supporting documentation (such as a residence permit or utility bill). Our compliance team will review your case. Final decisions on account reinstatement rest with anangbos and are based solely on our assessment of local regulatory compliance.

This jurisdiction notice is current as of the date it appears on anangbos and may be updated at any time to reflect changes in local law or our compliance policies. Continued use of anangbos constitutes acceptance of the current notice. We recommend you review this notice periodically, particularly before making a deposit or during major holidays such as Idul Fitri or Nyepi when regulatory guidance may shift.
