anangbos Privacy Policy and Data Protection

This page describes what we collect when you use anangbos and how we keep that data protected. We operate an online gaming and sportsbook platform accessible via Android app, iOS browser, and desktop web. To serve you, we must collect certain information—your identity, payment details, and activity on our platform. This privacy notice explains what we gather, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data.

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Our systems use encryption for account credentials and stored payment data. We do not sell your data to advertisers or third-party marketers. We do share limited information with payment processors (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and our partner banks mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) to process your deposits and withdrawals, and with compliance partners to verify your identity and prevent fraud.

What We Collect and How We Use It

When you open an anangbos account, we ask for your email, phone number, and full name. During KYC verification, we collect a government-issued ID and a selfie for facial-matching. We store these documents in encrypted format. We never publish or share your ID image outside our compliance system; it is deleted 90 days after successful verification or account closure.

When you deposit or withdraw, we record your payment method (e-wallet or bank account), the amount, timestamp, and settlement status. This transaction history is linked to your anangbos account and stored indefinitely for audit and fraud-prevention purposes. We also collect your IP address and device fingerprint (device model, OS version, browser type) each time you log in. This helps us detect account takeover attempts and geographically unusual access patterns.

Third-Party Processors and Data Sharing

Our payment partners (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) receive your name, account number, and transaction amount—only what is necessary to complete your transfer. They do not see your anangbos account balance or selection history. We also work with KYC vendors to verify your ID; these vendors compare your documents against government and issuer databases. All data transfers to these partners are encrypted. Our servers are geographically distributed; some sit outside Indonesia (in Singapore and the Philippines) for redundancy. We comply with local data-protection regulations in each jurisdiction where we operate.

Your account data is encrypted in transit and at rest

We use TLS 1.3 for all connections to anangbos and AES-256 encryption for stored credentials and payment details. Only authorized compliance staff can access raw data; day-to-day anangbos operations use anonymized data.

Cookies and Tracking

anangbos uses session cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your language and layout preferences. We do not use third-party tracking pixels or retargeting cookies. Session cookies expire when you close your browser; preference cookies last 12 months. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but anangbos will not function correctly without session cookies.

Your Rights

You have the right to access all your personal data collected by anangbos. You can request a copy of your account history, ID documents (if stored), and transaction records. To do so, contact our support team via in-app chat or email. We respond within 10 business days. You can also request correction of inaccurate data or deletion of data after your account is closed (legal holds for fraud investigations may extend this period). If you believe we have processed your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Data Retention and Account Closure

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. After you close your anangbos account, we retain transaction records for five years (required for regulatory audit in Indonesia and other jurisdictions). Your ID documents are deleted 90 days after account closure unless a dispute or investigation is ongoing. We also retain anonymized usage logs (timestamps, market selections, game activity) indefinitely for product analytics and fraud-pattern research.

If you close your anangbos account and wish to ensure your data is removed, contact support with your account email and a government ID. We process deletion requests within 30 business days, subject to any legal holds or pending disputes.
